　　(1) Expand the application of aluminum alloy building formwork

　　At present, the application ratio of aluminum alloy formwork in my country is less than 1%. The requirements of large construction enterprises for building standardization, industrialization and factorization are constantly improving, and the public's requirements for housing quality are constantly improving, which greatly promotes the application of aluminum alloy formwork. In recent years, due to the rapid development of the real estate industry, the production scale of my country's building formwork industry has maintained a growth rate of about 10-15%.

　　With the continuous increase in the number of domestic aluminum alloy formwork, domestic enterprises also provide aluminum alloy formwork and formwork aluminum profiles to Brazil, India, Venezuela, Hong Kong and Macau, which will also promote domestic aluminum consumption.

　　(2) Expand the application of aluminum alloy enclosure

　　In domestic civil buildings, aluminum alloy panels are widely used in large infrastructure projects such as roofs and walls of public buildings such as airport terminals, exhibition centers, gymnasiums, etc., especially projects with large spans and complex appearances. However, in industrial buildings, the steel structure system, the metal plate enclosure system, accounts for about 70% of the total building volume, and aluminum alloys are rarely used.

　　With the growth of global, strategic and public welfare engineering construction needs such as agricultural infrastructure buildings, affordable housing projects, and rural dilapidated housing renovation, the demand for aluminum alloy enclosures will increase significantly.

　　3. Electric power field

　　China lacks copper resources and needs to import a large amount. The consumption of copper in the power field accounts for more than 40% of the total consumption. To a certain extent, it can reduce the external dependence of my country's copper resources and enhance the ability to guarantee resources.

　　(1) Promote the application of copper-aluminum composite conductors

　　The copper-clad aluminum composite conductor is composed of an aluminum core and a copper-clad layer. It adopts a current "skin effect", and replaces the copper in the middle of the conductor with aluminum. By expanding the cross-sectional area of the conductor to compensate for the effect on the conductivity, the same conductivity is achieved. Therefore, it is a high-performance composite conductor with the advantages of good copper conductivity, good corrosion resistance, low aluminum cost, and light weight.

　　In addition, steel (stainless steel) aluminum composite, titanium aluminum composite, aluminum aluminum composite plate, belt, foil, drainage series products have been developed in China and are used in power, electronics, communications, heat dissipation, construction and other industries.

　　4. Other products and fields

　　(1) Compared with the foreign level, the traditional consumption field has greater application potential

　　(2) There is an urgent need to promote application fields with significant social benefits

　　Aluminum alloy bridges, aluminum alloy flood control walls, etc., although the amount is not large, but the social benefits are obvious.

　　The materials of overpasses in my country are mainly non-aluminum alloys such as steel, and the proportion of aluminum alloy overpasses that have been built is less than 2%. Aluminum alloy overpasses have received more and more attention and recognition for their advantages of light weight, high strength, beautiful appearance, corrosion resistance, recyclability, and green environmental protection. Not only can overpasses use aluminum, but if the proportion of aluminum in highway bridges can be gradually increased, the use of aluminum is far greater than that of overpasses.

　　The aluminum alloy flood control wall has the characteristics of light weight and simple installation. According to the calculation of 40 kilograms of aluminum alloy flood control wall per meter, the 1-kilometer-long and 2-meter-high flood control wall is about 400 tons of aluminum.

　　(3) Emerging products and application fields need to increase scientific and technological investment

　　Aluminum-air batteries, seawater desalination aluminum alloys, etc.

　　Aluminum-air battery: Aluminum-air battery has high energy density, can achieve zero emission, no pollution, easy to recycle, can be used as power battery, signal battery, etc., and has broad application prospects.

　　Aluminum alloy for seawater desalination: At present, the surface treatment technology of aluminum alloy tubes for seawater desalination abroad is monopolized. The heat transfer tube of seawater desalination device in my country is currently under development, and the anti-corrosion technology of heat transfer tube coating needs to be broken through.

　　The above is the new field of 1060 aluminum plate. In the traditional application field, the consumption of aluminum will naturally increase with the development of related industries. The consumption of aluminum has been widely used in some fields and has become a consumption habit. For example: aluminum alloy doors and windows, high-speed rail trains, cans, pharmaceutical packaging, building exterior wall decorative panels, smoke foil, automobile (except automobile body panels) ABS), etc. Therefore, the application of these products will change with the development of related industries.
